Terms and Conditions for the Shortcut to Shred Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility:
   The Shortcut to Shred Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

GNC Coaches are eligible to enter and can submit photos wearing the Shortcut to Shred T-shirt for an additional entries into the weekly sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor:
   The Sweepstakes is sponsored by JYM Supplement Science (the "Sponsor") in partnership with GNC.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
   The Sweepstakes begins on February 27^th at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 12^th at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter Weekly Sweepstakes:
   Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by completing one or more of the following actions:

   • Post progress updates using #ShortcutToShred on Instagram or the JYM Army Facebook Group for entries into the weekly giveaway.

   • Enter via the Weekly Sweepstakes Giveaway embedded in the Shortcut to Shred App .

   • GNC Coaches can submit photos wearing the Shortcut to Shred T-shirt for an additional entry.

5. How to Enter the Shortcut to Shred Transformation Sweepstakes:

   • Upload before-and-after photos with a newspaper or date-stamped article visible for verification to the JYM Army Facebook group or email them to  sweepstakes@jimstoppani.com

   • GNC Coaches with an Employee ID can upload before-and-after photos with a newspaper or date-stamped article visible for verification to the JYM Army Facebook group or email them to  sweepstakes@jimstoppani.com

6. Entry Requirements:

   • Entries must comply with all applicable rules and guidelines of the platform used.

   • Content must not contain inappropriate, obscene, or offensive material.

   • Limit one entry per method per week (multiple methods allowed). Duplicate entries will be voided.

7. Prizes:

Weekly Prizes (1 winner per week):

1. • Week 1: Fitness Tech Bundle (Apple Watch + Lifetime Jim Stoppani App Membership)

   • Week 2: $1,000 Shopping Spree ($250 gift cards for GNC, Lululemon, Vuori, and Nike)

   • Week 3: One Year Supply of any JYM Supplement (12 units of any JYM Supplement of your choice)

   • Week 4: Home Gym Essentials (Power Blocks, yoga mat, and foam roller)

   • Week 5: Nutrition & Meal Prep Kit ($250 Trifecta gift card, Shortcut to Shred branded Ice Shaker, YETI lunchbox)

   • Week 6: Exclusive Zoom Q&A with Dr. Jim Stoppani

Grand Prize (2 winners):

1. • An all-expense-paid trip to Hollywood, CA, including:

     • Round-trip airfare

     • Transportation in Los Angeles

     • Hotel accommodations for 2 nights

     • Private workout session with Dr. Jim Stoppani

     • Exclusive dining experiences

2. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • Weekly winners will be randomly selected and notified via email or direct message within 30 days of each drawing.

   • Grand Prize winners will be announced by May 30^th, 2025 and must respond within 1 week to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner can be selected.

3. Odds of Winning:
   Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. General Conditions:

   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

   • Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes.

   • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.

5. Liability Release:
   By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, GNC, and their affiliates from any liability, claim, or damage arising from the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

6. Publicity:
   By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Governing Law:
   The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where prohibited.
