At 43, Samir Ibrahim set out to prove that peak physical condition is possible at any age.
As we all know, the older you get, the harder it is to find time for working out and cooking healthy meals. But Samir refused to let such excuses stop him.
“Despite financial hardships, working two jobs, and supporting my family,” he says, “I was determined to not only lose weight but also gain lean muscle and transform my physical health.”
