Colby’s impressive transformation started with Dr. Jim Stoppani’s Super-Man Remastered (Holiday Shred) Challenge. 

The 5-week Super-Man Remastered program combines strength training and HIIT to help participants burn fat, build muscle, and boost overall fitness. 

With a structured plan for both workouts and nutrition, as well as the support of the JYM Army community, the challenge gave Colby the accountability and direction he needed to achieve his goals.

The hardest part of any body transformation is sticking to the diet. 

Colby experienced this firsthand. “I muscled through the cottage cheese, pun intended,” he laughs. “If nothing else, it’s important to follow a good diet plan.”

Colby turned to Dr. Jim Stoppani’s Dieting 101 , which gave him the structure he needed to push through. To support his transformation, Colby supplemented with JYM products, including Omega JYM , Pre JYM , Post JYM , Pro JYM , and SS8 Advanced Fat Burner .

“I was motivated to start running again,” Colby says. “I knew this program was my ticket to lean up.”

“You’ve got to push through,” he says. “Even when you’re tired, stay committed. The results are worth it.”

The Result: Confidence and a Leaner Body

Colby’s transformation speaks for itself. 

“Everyone around me has noticed how much leaner I look,” he says. “I even get looks when I walk into the grocery store. It’s a real confidence booster.” 

Of course, he was also handsomely rewarded for his efforts—winning top prize in the male category of the Super-Man Remastered Challenge and taking home $10,000. 

Colby’s journey is proof that dedication, consistency, and the right plan can truly transform your body. And for him, it’s not just about hitting a goal—it’s about continuing to get better, one day at a time. 

“To be successful doesn’t mean I’m necessarily going to win every challenge, but I’ll better myself—and that’s a win all day long.”

Colby’s Advice for Others

Set realistic goals and stay determined to achieve them

“It’s easy to set lofty goals, but real progress comes from creating attainable targets that are challenging yet achievable. Break them down into smaller milestones, and always stay focused on the bigger picture. Success comes from consistently hitting those small goals.”

Stick with the process, even when you don’t see immediate results

“The road to transformation is not always linear, and results might take time to show. Stay consistent with your workouts and nutrition, and trust the process. Eventually, you’ll see the fruits of your hard work, even if it feels slow at first.”

Focus on high-protein meals to fuel your body for muscle growth

“Protein is crucial for muscle repair and growth, especially when you’re working hard in the gym. Prioritize lean protein sources like chicken, fish, eggs, and high-quality protein shakes to support your body’s needs and help you see the results you’re working toward.”
