Serious health issues haven't kept this young mother of two from training hard and living the fitness lifestyle.

My name is Ashley and I’m 38 years old. I have two boys, ages 5 and 7. I work full time, I’m a full-time mom, and an autism mom. I’m currently on Synthroid (for my lack of a thyroid) and hormone-replacement therapy (for menopause).

I’m also doing the New Year's Challenge and taking Post JYM, Pro JYM, and Shred JYM. Unlike most others, I only discovered JYM Supplement Science six months ago. Jim has changed my life.

This is my story…

At 29, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy. When I was 19, I watched my mom die of breast cancer. Following my surgery, I gave up, thinking this was my demise.

I ate what I wanted and watched myself fall apart. At 31, I got pregnant with my first child. I thought I finally had a reason to live, yet I still allowed myself to gain 75 pounds. I starved myself to lose most of that weight. At 33, I had my second child, gained back all that weight, and then some! I gave up once again.

Then, at age 34, I was tired of still wearing maternity clothes and I decided to take charge of my life. I did endless hours of cardio and limited my calories to 1,000 a day because I thought that was the only way to lose weight. I lost all of the baby weight, but I was still wearing a size 12/14. I was “skinny fat.” I didn’t even consider weight training because I didn’t want to get “bulky” or “masculine looking.”

Just as I was starting to realize that cancer wasn’t going to keep me down and I wasn’t giving up, at age 37, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Cancer again!?!?

This time, I dug REALLY deep. I made the decision to go ahead and let them surgically remove all of my reproductive organs and underwent a full radical hysterectomy. During my recovery was when I finally found Jim and the JYM products and programs.

The day I got home from the hospital, I went on my laptop looking to completely change my diet and exercises. I just knew I had to change everything. That’s when I stumbled upon Jim’s YouTube channel. I watched and read everything he had to say about intermittent fasting and counting macros. I started THAT day. Within a week, I had lost four pounds.

I continued to battle thyroid hormone issues and surgical menopause symptoms. However, at this point, I was determined! I had goals that needed to be met!

While floating around JimStoppani.com looking at recipes, I decided to check out the No Limits Challenge workouts, just to see what the hype was all about. I was impressed with such descriptive exercises; some I had never seen before.

It was then that I signed up for a JimStoppani.com membership and ordered my first tub of Pro JYM. I started the Super-Man program and fell in love with the entire JYM System and the JYM Army Facebook page.

After the Super-Man program was over, I immediately got into the Ripped in 6 Challenge. I added Post JYM and Shred JYM to my stack. I then started the Shortcut to Shred program, all while maintaining my macros and intermittent fasting.

JYM Supplement Science has changed my life and my fitness goals. I’ve already reached goals that I never thought I’d be able to reach with all of my health issues.

I’ve helped a handful of women in the JYM Army who have hormone issues, and I look forward to helping other women who might be going through similar things.

I want to prove to everyone that, no matter what, NOTHING is impossible! Thank you, Jim, and thank you JYM Supplement Science for helping me get in the best shape of my life!
