My name is Sabrina and I’m a big fitness enthusiast. I’ve been working out every day and eating healthy the best way I know how since 2008. I've tried many different workouts, but since I signed up on jimstoppani.com in April 2015, I've seen the best results I’ve ever had!
I've done Shortcut to Size, Super Shredded 8, Down and Up Mass, and now I’m on the 5-3-2 Strength Program. SS8 was my favorite program because it taught me so much about cardio! Since finishing the program, I always include Tabatas and cardioacceleration in my workouts and it has really paid off.
My overall fitness goals are to build strength and endurance and improve myself every day. I’ve always weighed between 120 and 130 pounds, but I’ve never had much muscle definition or strength. I’ve seen the biggest changes in my body since I began to follow Jim’s workouts and diet advice.
Pre JYM, Post JYM and Pro JYM are my daily supplements, but I definitely want to try Vita JYM, ZMA JYM and Omega JYM. I’ve been following this macronutrient breakdown for a while now – 1.5 grams of protein, 1.5 grams of carbs and 0.5 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight per day – and it works great for me.
I’ve been in school for six years and have four years of university left, but I’ve NEVER stopped working out like many students do, unfortunately. The truth is, working out helps me concentrate when I study, helps me sleep well, and gives me the energy to thrive during the day.
I’m proud to be a member of the JYM Army and the JYM Girls – it’s so overwhelming to see all the motivation and solidarity I get from them! Don’t ever give up on your dreams, whatever they are, because the JYM Army is always there to help you!
