Getting enough omega-3 fatty acids in your diet can be tricky—that's why there's Omega JYM.
These days, most people have heard that taking fish oil or omega-3 supplements can be beneficial, supporting cardiovascular and joint health. There are many reasons you may want to consider adding these essential fatty acids to your diet.
While it’s possible to increase your intake of omega-3s through diet alone, it can be expensive. Additionally, given concerns over the possible presence of mercury in fish, some may be wary of consuming too much omega-3-rich seafood.
Fish oil supplements are a convenient and cost-effective means of increasing omega-3 intake efficiently. However, few fish oil supplements provide enough of the key omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA per serving to deliver true benefits; even fewer include DPA, a metabolic intermediary between DHA and EPA which may provide further anti-inflammatory benefits. The source of the fish oil can also be unknown, and processing methods used may not result in a product that’s optimal.
I formulated my Omega JYM fish oil supplement to not only include DHA and EPA at a 1:1 ratio, but did so in amounts that deliver the true benefits of omega-3 supplementation—and would require several servings of many other brands to achieve.
With the potential to not only support heart and joint health but also help boost metabolism and muscle growth, you can’t afford to come up short on omega-3s, and my Omega JYM is one of the most complete fish oils on the market.
