For workout 4, I was on the road for the NSCA National Conference in Las Vegas. I trained at the Cosmopolitan Hotel gym, so I crafted an all-machine Power Pyramid workout. Not only does this show you how to adapt my Power Pyramid technique to any gym situation, but it shows you how well machines work with this technique. Machines work particularly well for controlling the weight when doing explosive reps, like in the first two sets of the workout.
