JYM Girls

The JYM Girls group is specifically targeted for the women of the JYM Army to allow these members to comfortably share their stories and photos with other likeminded women. This group, like the entire JYM ARMY, is a dedicated group of fitness enthusiasts looking to enhance their training, nutrition, and supplementation to ensure maximal results. This group will allow the JYM ARMY women to share experiences, ask questions, ranging from general ones to one specifically targeted towards women.
