The Secret to Training Progress: Constantly Evolving Your Methods

When I first started training, I followed what I thought was the "perfect" routine.
I stuck to it, day in and day out, convinced that consistency was the key to success.
But over time, I began to realize something that I hadn't considered before: the body adapts to the same workout , and that adaptation can halt progress if you don’t change things up.
The fact is, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to training. Whether you're a bodybuilder, a strength athlete, or just someone looking to get in better shape, the training methods that work for you will change.
And as I’ve learned, even the top athletes are all doing something slightly different. If there was one "best way," they'd all be doing it. But they’re not.
Here’s how to keep evolving so that the results keep coming.
Think about it: If there were a perfect program, we’d all be following it.
But the reality is, what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why it’s crucial to switch up your training methods regularly to keep seeing results. This is something I’ve preached for years.
I've switched from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to high-volume training and back again. And each time, I saw better results. The key is finding the right rhythm and understanding that what works today might not work tomorrow. You have to be willing to experiment, adjust, and constantly assess your progress.
When people ask me what the best program is, here’s my answer:
The best
