The Super-Man Remastered Challenge: A Life-Changing Opportunity

When the Super-Man Remastered (Holiday Shred) Challenge was announced, Matisa knew it was time to push herself to the next level. 

This challenge was a perfect fit for her goals: fat loss, strength gain, and better health. 

Over the course of two months, Matisa lost somewhere between 15 and 20 pounds by committing to a meticulously planned nutrition regimen that emphasized low carbs, high protein, and healthy fats.

The challenge, which combines Dr. Jim Stoppani’s effective workouts with science-based nutrition , was exactly what Matisa needed to transform her fitness routine. 

“I wanted to show up for my family and inspire my kids to prioritize their health,” she says. With the support of her husband, who planned their meals and became her workout partner, Matisa tackled every workout head-on. Together, they pushed each other to finish strong.

Staying Consistent Through Life's Challenges

No transformation is without its struggles, and Matisa’s was no exception. 

There were days when working out felt like the last thing she wanted to do, but her commitment to the process kept her going. "Just ten minutes into my session, I’d feel the rush of satisfaction and pride," she says. Consistency, along with cutting back on alcohol, helped Matisa stay on track, even when it was difficult.

Matisa's perseverance paid off when friends and family took notice of her incredible progress. “People were blown away by my transformation,” she says.

If there’s one thing Matisa learned from her transformation, it’s this: "Believe in yourself, show up, and never underestimate what you and your body can achieve. It’s hard work, but it’s so worth it."

“Today, I remain committed to my health, staying consistent with my workouts and healthy eating habits,” Matisa says. “My journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, love, and showing up for yourself — one workout at a time.”
