In the above video, I demonstrate the first five superset pairings of the Super-Man Remastered program—Week 1, Workout 1. (This video is actually referencing the original Super-Man program, but the Workout 1 routines are mostly the same.)

Super-Man Remastered Workout

Here are the exercises covered in the workout, doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps on each for Super-Man Remastered:

Superset 1 (Back + Chest)

  • Barbell Bent-Over Row
  • Bench Press

Superset 2 (Back + Shoulders)

  • Lat Pulldown
  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Superset 3 (Chest + Shoulders)

  • Incline Dumbbell Flye
  • Incline Rear Delt Flye

Superset 4 (Chest + Shoulders)

  • Cable Crossover
  • Cable Lateral Raise

Superset 5 (Upper Traps + Lower Traps)

  • Dumbbell Shrug
  • Straight-Arm Dip

Superset 6 (Triceps + Biceps)*

  • Dumbbell Kickback
  • Behind-Back Cable Curl

Superset 7 (Legs + Abs/Core)*

  • Walking Lunge
  • Plank

Superset 8 (Calves + Forearms)*

  • Leg Press Calf Raise
  • Dumbbell Wrist Curl

*Not Shown in Video (but included in Super-Man Remastered Week 1, Workout 1)
