The "King of all Exercises" is the squat. Most of us know that much. But if you squat regularly, you know that at some point you can only go so heavy and always make sure that technique is employed at every attempt. Variation is key and if you know much about my philosophy and how i train i ALWAYS make sure to add variations of exercises. The Bands provide not only a good way to mix it up and get creative, but they provide so much more benefit
