In my recent Video Tip of the Day on ab training, I discussed the four major areas of the midsection that need to be addressed in your training to develop the best possible six-pack: (1) lower abs, (2) upper abs, (3) obliques (internal and external), and (4) the deeper muscles of the core. You can either train these four areas in the same ab workout or focus on individual areas each time you train abs.
